Your data is stored securely on cloud infrastructure provided by Supabase, which uses industry-standard encryption at rest and in transit. Our servers are located outside South Africa — by using our services you consent to this transfer in accordance with POPIA.
We retain contact enquiry data for a maximum of 2 years unless you request earlier deletion.
6. Who We Share Your Data With
We do not sell your personal information. We may share it with:
- Resend — our email delivery provider, to send you responses and notifications
- Supabase — our database and infrastructure provider
- Vercel — our hosting provider, which processes web traffic
All third-party providers are contractually required to handle your data securely and in compliance with applicable laws.
7. Cookies and Tracking
cronkode.co.za does not currently use tracking cookies or third-party analytics tools. We do not track you across other websites. If this changes, this policy will be updated and you will be notified.
8. Your Rights Under POPIA
You have the right to:

- Request a copy of your personal information
- Request correction of inaccurate information
- Request deletion of your personal information
- Object to the processing of your personal information
