These terms apply to all CronKode clients and website visitors.

Please read these Terms of Service carefully before engaging CronKode for any services. By using our website or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these terms.

Each CronKode SaaS product operates under its own Terms of Service. If you are a user of FibreOps or any other CronKode product, the terms applicable to that product govern your use of it. Please refer to the relevant product's terms page.

For custom software builds, a separate written agreement will be provided before any work commences. That agreement will cover scope, pricing, timelines, intellectual property and payment terms specific to your project. These general Terms of Service apply in addition to that agreement.

CronKode treats all client information as confidential. We will not share your business information, data or project details with third parties without your written consent, except where required by law.

We expect the same in return — any proprietary information, code or systems shared by CronKode during a project must be treated as confidential.

Either party may terminate a retainer or ongoing engagement with 30 days written notice. CronKode reserves the right to terminate immediately in cases of non-payment, breach of these terms, or conduct that is unlawful or damaging to CronKode.

CronKode collects and processes personal information in accordance with the Protection of Personal Information Act 4 of 2013 (POPIA). We collect only the information necessary to provide our services and do not sell personal data to third parties.
